Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SpotiTata, provided by Trilivy.AI (“SpotiTata”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the SpotiTata mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the App. The categories below align with the data types disclosed on our App Store privacy label.

SpotiTata does not collect precise (GPS) location, your contacts, your health or financial information, and does not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and operate the App and its features.
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Save and sync your library, preferences, and content.
- Personalize your experience and recommendations.
- Diagnose problems, monitor performance, and improve the App.
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information on these bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App you request), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the App), consent (where required, e.g. optional features), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, crash diagnostics, and audio-processing partners) under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or SpotiTata.
- Business transfers, if SpotiTata is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.
We require every third party that receives personal information to provide a level of data protection at least equivalent to the protections described in this policy.
5. Third-party services
The App relies on a small number of third-party services to function, which may process limited data as described above. These include cloud infrastructure/hosting, crash and performance diagnostics, and audio-processing providers used by certain App features. Purchases, if any, are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Each provider’s own privacy policy governs the data it processes.
6. Tracking & advertising
SpotiTata does not display third-party advertising and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use the device Advertising Identifier (IDFA), so the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt. If this ever changes, we will request your permission as required by Apple and update this policy first.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. See the next section for how to delete your account.
8. Your account & data deletion
You are in control of your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time:
- In the App: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- By email: write to csp52@hotmail.com from your account email address and ask us to delete your account.
Once verified, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

10. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, where data-protection laws may differ. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
12. Children’s privacy
SpotiTata is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
